Our biggest email from customers is to reset an email password, has
anyone been able to devise a way to allow users to reset their password
themselves?
Provided the user still knows his password, he can login and use Personal
Profile / Account to change his password.
Other than
I can't seem to log into root. Logged in as admin, if I enter su - it
immediately comes back with su: incorrect password. Trying to log in as
root results in an immediate Login incorrect. without even prompting for
a password. How can I fix this?
