Dear bug grub,
I realize this is not your preferred way of receiving bugs, but I got a
warning on the certificate for the Bug Tracking System. Anyway, this is
no big thing. It'll probably just throw off first time users.

Non-standard grub such as the one from Ubuntu is not supported officially by

However I am going to help you. The color command when having a background
image does not work as you have seen.
Use the following commands instead:

You can try Super Grub Disk ( http://adrian15.raulete.net/grub/ ) to see
if it fixes the issue but I do think that you may have other problem
because you say that it has been well installed Grub on the MBR.
