Boot a CDROM thanks to memdisk and smartbootmanager.
You can search for all in 1 floppy on google or just wait till I
upload (today, I think) the mother's preview of Super Grub Disk

Here is the SGD floppy that once booted thanks to memdisk and sbootmngr
can boot a cdrom drive. (Suposedly ;))
