Summary:  non-valid prototype for inet_aton

Original Submission:  Ellu,
I&#039;ve downloaded and compiled Guile 1.4 under Linux 
Redhat 7.0, and found the following tiny bug:
In the file libguile/net_db.c on row 85 there is a prototype
for inet_aton with no arguments. This prototype conflicts
with the real prototype for inet_aton in /usr/include/arpa/inet.h, at least under 
linux.
