Yes, it is. Just use something like this in your \include file:
\paper {
fonts = #(make-pango-font-tree
"
adjustments, e.g. for the font size of the lyrics,
you can also have global layout blocks in that file:
\layout {
\context {
\Lyrics
\override LyricText.font-size = #0
}
}
or similar overrides.
