In comparing the 2.4.58 and 2.4.59 versions, I'm seeing 3 modules missing:
mod_mpm_event.so
mod_mpm_prefork.so
mod_mpm_worker.so

Please try with "--enable-mpms-shared=all" instead of
"--enable-mpms-share=all".
