This vulnerability sounds exactly the same as the one in Veritas Backup
Exec Agent discovered in September 3, 1999 and re-discovered in January
15, 2001. This was posted to Bugtraq with ID 2204. This was posted to
the vendor, but until now I haven't seen a patch.
