AFAIK Castle.Core.dll has always shipped as Any CPU, not specifically
32-bit or 64-bit:

Request you to provide 64 bit version of Castle.Core.dll and
Castle.DynamicProxy2.dll.
As it is necessary for converting existing 32 bit .Net WCF services to
64bit .

architectures) without fuss.
