I think it's stable enough and we dropped 2.0 support nonetheless.

Castle trunk is both .NET 3.5 for building as well as deployment, AFAIK.
The only thing building and running on .NET 2.0 is Castle.Core and
DynamicProxy2 to provide more options for third party libraries that use
them.
