Hello all, I woke up again at 4.55 am to the call of Great Horned Owl calling! I dont know if I woke up to his voice or I just woke up and happen to hear him. May be same as Stuart's. We are just across the creek.
I have been hearing a single whistle on and off last few days. I presume it is an Eastern Screech Owl taken up residence in nearby area and he just whistles single whistle at a time. Has anyone herad him doing single whistles?
