David Wheeler reports that the RUFF reported yesterday from Montezuma NWR is still present today around noon. It is a molting adult male and is being seen at Puddler's Marsh from Towpath Rd. If I am correct, Puddler's Marsh is the name for the impoundment beyond the dike which is located
