At around 1:00pm today we observed 3 very "cooperative" Glossy Ibises for
about 20 minutes at the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge. They were
located just past the spillway on the left side of the Wildlife Drive.

At around 12:30PM we saw a Snowy Owl sitting on the ground next to runway
marker "C" at the Finger Lakes Regional Airport. It would fly a short
distance from the runway each time a plane landed but then would soon return
to the same spot. We were able to see the owl from Chadwick Road and from
