Dave Wheeler was of course the third birder from Syarcuse I met last evening at
East Road. I watched 28 Great Egrets head north from Knox-Marcellus to roost
somewhere -- I guess you guys found the roost. Now the question is, did we miss
the LBHE among the egrets at East Road?

A Great Egret roost has formed in the bushes out in the marsh at Van Dyne Spoor
Rd. Watching this roost, a juv. Little Blue Heron flew in. Plenty of
highlights I can post later.
