Meg and I took a trip up to May's point this afternoon to see if we could see the baby Red-headed Woodpecker (s) and we were not dissapointed. At least one little fellow, or gal, kept sticking it's little gray head and upper body out to beg for food. We could not tell if it was a single bird or they were taking turns peaking about. We saw two adults flying around and bring food to the nest hole. Great views until it started to pour.
