Today I talked to the men at the former Castelli's Marina, now known as
Frontenac Marine, (at the foot of Basin St.) about the "NO TRESPASSING" signs &
birders. The signs, which were put up with the hopes of keeping village
hooligans from again damaging boats, have been removed for the summer but will
go back up next winter.

The men were very emphatic .... "Tell the birders they are welcome anytime even
when the signs are up!!" Because boaters have belongings along & in the
driveway along the north & west side of the marina, don't try to drive there in
summer. Park out of the way & walk. Once boating season is over you can drive
along the north side & turn around at the end BUT because the driveway is
deteriorating on the west side, don't drive there.

This is good news. Lets all be very careful to maintain the good relationship
with the McGraw brothers, their employees & their clients.
