A footnote to the Tetlow's report: one of the Trumpeter swans in a group of 5 at K-M had a blue patch on its left wing. From where Shirley and I were, we could not read a number. Also, we counted Sandhill cranes three times and got a different result each time. Our high count was 52, very close
