Derek Green found an Upland Sandpiper this morning on Owen Hill Road in Lisle, NY. The bird was refound again at around 230 pm by Kevin McGann at 183 Owen Hill Road at 42.3623,-76.0361 I imagine with north winds tonight and Friday and continued snow showers the bird probably will stick around.
