location of the eagle's nest. That was fun.
It was only a little after 10 when our trip was over, so we all went to the

I was just at the Lab of O and talked with a couple visiting here from MA. They
had been to Montezuma earlier today and did not see any Green-winged Teal, but
saw two Blue-winged Teal.

I stopped by the Montezuma Wildlife Drive around 4:00 today. The Visitor Center
was the only place there were shorebirds which included Lesser Yellowlegs, many
Killdeer, 2 Dunlin, and 3 Black-bellied Plovers. There was one Snow Goose
there. On the back side of the drive just before the Eagle
Reuben S. called me to report a Cackling Goose at th south east end of
Taughannock State Park.

Please join Wes Blauvelt and me from 7:00 to 12:00 on Saturday morning for a
morning of birding the Danby area for Hooded, Mourning, Chestnut-sided and

For the past 3-4 days I have had an Indigo Bunting at my feeders. 2 days ago, 2
INBUs were on the feeders. I thought that was really neat. Then today about 15
minutes ago, there were 3 Indigo Buntings at my feeders!! That was really cool!
