Yesterday afternoon I had 3 PHOEBE at Upper Buttermilk, as well as a pair of COMMON MERGANSER at Lake Treman. On my exercise walk around Beebe and Mundy at noon today, found another Phoebe and some Common Merganser. The highlight was my first of year YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER, as well as a single GOLDEN-CROWNED KINGLET. Based on recent posts it seems the G.C. Kinglets must be moving through.
