The bridge in question on Armitage Road is the large, metal, one-lane bridge over the Erie Canal. To the west of it at the end of the guardrails there is a small gravel pull-off. The Prothonotary Warblers are immediately west of here, generally one male in the swamp on the north side and one male

I do not think my location balloons in ebird are in the exact location so,

From Rt 89N and then west on
They have been there before. Years ago before I even took photographs, Tim
Capone told me about this bird right down to the branch and he was there like
he had been waiting for me. I think that would be before 1993!
