Dear CCP4 members,
I am trying to crystallize an antigen-bound to the Fc fragment of an
antibody.
Is Fc fragment difficult to crystallize compared to Fab? Are there any
commercial screens widely known to crystallize Fc fragment or antibodies?
I would appreciate if you can share any experience

Dear Crystallographers (and cryo-EM practitioners,)
I do not understand why there is a discrepancy between what crystallographers
use to models disordered regions (b-factors/occupancies) and what the cryo-EM
world uses ("local resolution.") I am tempted to say that "local resolution" is

Dear FBDD Evangelist,
As Andreas mentioned, Emerald is now Rigaku Reagents. We still offer this
screen, but under different name (Wizard pH Buffer screen). Here’s a link:

Many thanks to all, I was able to obtain the screen conditions quite
quickly, thanks to you.
Good to know that there still is some information out there about these
discontinued screens, which is good.
You never know how many of these old screens might still be around

In general, at Formulatrix we have a lot of these discontinued screens
on record, albeit in RM-XML format (for import into RockMaker). I'd be
happy to provide .CSV exports of these if needed. Send requests to me
offline.
