Dear CCP4 members, I am trying to crystallize an antigen-bound to the Fc fragment of an antibody. Is Fc fragment difficult to crystallize compared to Fab? Are there any commercial screens widely known to crystallize Fc fragment or antibodies? I would appreciate if you can share any experience
