I recently started using CCP4i (Windows 8) software for data processing and
model building but I get the following error messages whenever I use molrep and
refmac5:
MOLREP
#CCP4I TERMINATION STATUS 0 MOLREP(ccp4): Error in label assignments in
LABIN
#CCP4I TERMINATION TIME 08 Oct
I think you can soak another protein into a protein crystal if it is small
enough to pass through water channels, I guess.

Dear Umri,
I think the main problem is co-crystallization.
What I would do is crystallize protein and antibody separately and then soak
protein crystals into reservoir solution containing antibody or vice versa.
And do try to get crystals from different conditions which may alter the space
