Dear CCP4 Bulletin Board Community,

I am currently working with PanDDA 2.0 and CCP4 8.0 and have encountered an
issue during the inspect step of the process. I've been following the tutorial
available on Bitbucket, and after some initial adjustments, I was able to
progress through the pandda.analyse step.

However, I've hit a roadblock with the pandda.inspect part. Here's the error
message I'm receiving:

There are 1 command line scripts to run
    /opt/xtal/ccp4-8.0/bin/../lib-python/pandda/inspect/__init__.py
calling run_script() for file
/opt/xtal/ccp4-8.0/bin/../lib-python/pandda/inspect/__init__.py
debug:: run_script() on
/opt/xtal/ccp4-8.0/bin/../lib-python/pandda/inspect/__init__.py
WARNING:: Can't run script:
/opt/xtal/ccp4-8.0/bin/../lib-python/pandda/inspect/__init__.py no such file.

Despite confirming the presence of __init__.py script at the specified
location, the system seems unable to recognize it. I'm unsure why this
discrepancy is occurring.

If anyone has experienced a similar problem or has suggestions for
troubleshooting, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Roberto
