Try the 3Dss server (http://cluster.physics.iisc.ernet.in/3dss/). You can
superimpose up to 20 structures and look for invariant waters.

the aimless button again, the task
window appears but only with a small size and it cannot be resized. Also, the
options tabs cannot be expanded.
Did I make a mistake or is this a bug?

Don't they have a model hanging in the staircase of the LMB in Cambridge
somewhere? I might mix it up with Aaron Klug's TMV model though...
