Hi All,

I would like to bring the following exciting opportunity in the Almo Lab at
Albert Einstein College of Medicine to your attention:

We seek a post doctoral fellow with interest in the development of novel
biologics for the treatment of infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and
cancers. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in mammalian
protein expression, and protein design and/or protein chemistry. We have
established a highly modular platform technology for the antigen-selective
targeting of T cells, which affords the unique opportunity to expand and
activate, or delete, specific disease-relevant T cell populations without
global impact on the T cell repertoire. A variant of this biologic platform is
currently the subject of a multi-arm clinical trial for HPV-driven head and
neck cancer and an IND has recently been approved to evaluate efficacy against
Wilms' tumors. The Initial focus of the current program is on the use of these
biologics as monotherapies, and for the development of novel CAR T cell
approaches, for the eradication of HIV and CMV infections and the treatment of
malignancies. Interested candidates should send a CV, including the names of at
least two references to steve.almo<at>einsteinmed.edu.

Thanks,
Jeff
