I got error when executing iodined at my vps:
$ sudo iodined -f -P test1 192.168.0.1 localhost
iodined: open_tun: /dev/net/tun: Operation not permitted: Operation
not permitted
so i check
-. iodine version:
iodine IP over DNS tunneling server
version: 0.5.1 from 2009-03-21

Specifically you host is supplying you with an openVZ or Virtuozzo VPS.
This is not a fully virtualised system so you will not have access to a lot
of devices.
