there's likely something misconfigured in your network, dns, firewall, NAT
..

Hi,
I solved the problem.
Just edited file /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo and added cc=pt at
the end of each repo. Like:
repo=extrascc=pt
Thus, I get a Portuguese repo.
This can be made with all the countrie's TLD.
They're using GEO-IP for about 100 repositories.
