I need some help with NFSv4 setup/tuning. I have a dedicated nfs server
(2 x E5-2620 8cores/16 threads each, 64GB RAM, 1x10Gb ethernet and 16x
8TB HDD) used by two servers and a small cluster (400 cores). All the
servers are running CentOS 7, the cluster is running CentOS6.

could not find it.
tried yum provides "*/xvidtune"
tried yum search xvidtune
Google pointed me to:
https://centos.pkgs.org/8/centos-powertools-x86_64/xorg-x11-apps-7.7-21.el8.x86_64.rpm.html
So I installed the apps and of course xvidtune

www.imdb.com , i.e. Internet Movie DataBase.
The effect is really weird.
I get from Firefox, Konqueror and Chromium.
I'm running Centos 7.
It's been happening for a few months now,

mv .mozilla mozilla-backup
firefox
See if it works now. If not:
rm -r .mozilla
mv mozilla-backup .mozilla
will put you back to where you were before trying this.

I have loaded the gnome-shell-extension-no-hot-corner-3.28.1-11.el7.noarch
and also the gnome-tweaks.
When I run gnome-tweaks no where in there do I find the disable hot corner.
where is that ?
Its annoying when the mouse goes to the upper left and all the windows
shrink. I wish to disable it. T

high-bitrate media across my home network to my smart TV. I *suspect*
that the root cause is the (incredibly lame) 100 Mbps Ethernet interface
in the TV.

Is it my imagination/impatience, but I don't seem to have received any
updates to CentOS 8 recently.
I'm thinking particularly of firefox which was updated in CentOS 7 for a
critical security update.
Is there a backlog of CentOS 8 updates behind the 8.2 release?
