/lib/tls /lib/tls.disabled or similar actions or else Xen might not work

Descarga la rpm del sitio otrs.org. La instalas, apuntas el navegador
a la url y sigues los pasos (son 4). Cuando llegues al 4 el otrs ya
quedo instalado.
El manual esta en
Te recomiendo que bajes el otrs_admin_book que te va a servir mucho para la
instalación y otras cosas.

Well, you can include those, too (I think in nagios.cfg).
Oops a typo - I actually mean:
unfortunately you can't put
cfg_file=/etc/nagios/command-plugins.cfg
into /etc/nagios/nagios.cfg -
it will bail out with an error message.
