Hola creo que no tienes el espacio suficiente en tu partición / para instalar las actualizaciones, al final de todas las lineas tienes esto needs 5MB on the / filesystem hazle un df -h y mira que cantidad de espacio tienes en tu partición /, creo que tienes que ver en donde esta el consumo
