At what point is posting that you are available on the list considered spamming?

Once a week is ok. Once a day is spam.
Saying that your available and some of your qualifications is good. Giving a
non-professional story is not.
I'm sure others will give their opinions on this but the above are two good
rules that the list admin likes to go by.
