You see an ad for Adobe Marketing Cloud... Maybe they should use that to let
everyone know the product still exists. The website certainly

I would imagine it simply isn't official yet, they have to get the website
sorted before they make an announcement

Ok, I could sort of understand that, however ColdFusion is an existing product
why would you remove it from the See All Products link? You can bet they
wouldn't do that for a new version of Creative Cloud!

It hasn't been on that page for ages (like: an amount of time better

The tone of the announcement blog entry pretty much sums it up... the
new features don't excite me. They list mobile development, language
enhancements, new PDF engine, and security enhancements as the big new
features. The mobile
it felt that way with CF10 as well, I have not even bothered with CF10, and
that was before I moved to Railo.

Working on justifying upgrade from CFB2 to CFB3 to my boss. Three new
features listed here do not apply to us at the moment:

Thought I remembered reading that this is a huge re-write with lots of
performance

Is that officially documented somewhere so that I don't have to tell my
boss, Steve from the Internet says, 'Major performance improvements?'
No offense, Steve. *I* know you...but my boss does not. I suppose I could
include http://klout.com/#/cutterbl or something. :-)

I'm not going to use those top 3 new features either. But the
performance is definitely vastly improved over CFB2 because they
scrapped Apatana and rewrote the entire code insight/formatting parts
for HTML/JS/CS/CFML. And there's now a 64-bit Windows installer, so no
more having to
Speaking of 10, for anyone who manages a CF server or has a license
for Builder 2, go download the installers and put them somewhere safe
before they disappear on May 14.

At the moment I have the Access datasources working. Here is what solved it for
me:
The underlying issue was that message that said The ColdFusion ODBC Server
service is not running or has not been installed. I observed the behaviour of
the ODBC server and realized that it was running fine
Here is what solved it for me:
I'm glad you could work it out.
The more we go and the more we are having issues harder and harder to solve :-(

Have you rebooted again just to make sure that it doesn't happen again, I
only mention this because that was what you said caused it. Just looking at
