According to technote e917887 the remedy for this was to install
SequeLink 5.4, but that is already installed?

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition can only use one CPU, even if
the computer has more than one CPU.
So it can be installed on a multi-CPU machine, it'll just limit how it
works. Perfect.

When I used to get that in the past it was always a hostname lookup
issue. Try giving the server's IP address rather than the hostname or
server name, see if that makes a difference.

deal of modification required to get the files to parse, BICBW.

Simply sharing the files via e.g. NFS wouldn't work as you need to share
the processes, not the data.
Your best best is the second option, though the third would work pretty
well too.

have worked around that by bundling a 32bit browser that will
work with the 32bit plugins. Unfortunately that's the best you can do until
e.g. Adobe start releasing 64bit plugins.

I've seen this quite a bit with open-source software. Everything goes great
for a while then they slip up for a while. This happened to the PHP
developers early in the v4 release cycle and they finally set up a security
team to be in full charge of it - RoR needs to do likewise.
