The mail server got bombed by about 50,000 emails telling me that the ColdFusion 8 license had expired and the site was limited to 2 IPs. Fixing the site took time due to the limitation and the mail server took longer. Actually 2 mail servers, but who's counting. Things are back to normal.

The physical mail server crashed on Wednesday and was brought back up around 2:30 or so pm. I'm not sure when it went down but can check. The software mail server got jammed at about 1:30am Thursday morning and when I got it back up it had a few hundred thousand emails to process, which it did.
