I've encountered a problem using cfmail to an AOL user.
As of about a week ago, everything was working fine, but around last
Thursday or Friday, MS Excel attachments get renamed and the .xls file
extension is removed.

3.0+. AOL has listed the CFMail X-header as a spam signature
