I have used the ActivePDF Toolkit w/ CFMX without any problems at all.
I don't know about the rest of the other ActivePDF products, though.

I believe that Macromedia uses J-intrega from
fixed a
bunch of COM issues but instead has broken ActivePDF Toolkit

Ok. COM and DCOM are not the same thing. This article is pretty
interesting, although it was written over two years ago; way before .NET
was released. .NET still utilizes COM, and in fact MS recommends using
COM is NOT being abandoned by MS. Dave and Steve failed to back that
statement up in the last thread.
