This is a follow-up to an e-mail posted a couple of weeks ago to CFDeveloper. I thought I'd found a bug when trying to view .jsp files using ColdFusion MX, but suspect it may be more of a side effect of Java being case sensitive.
Has anyone seen a "Translator.WrongCase" error when they've created a virtual folder in IIS with the same name but different case as the physical folder to which that virtual folder points and then tried to view a .jsp in that folder? For example, I created a virtual folder called 'templates' which pointed to D:\Templates. If you try to view the .jsp via the virtual folder, it throws the "Translator.WrongCase" error (although not consistently; haven't discovered why yet). If you set the Home Directory for the Default Web Site to D:\Templates, though, you can browse the .jsp files without using the virtual directory fine. Setup is Windows XP Professional, ColdFusion MX Developer's Edition with Updater 3 and IIS 5.1.
