build it for the 800x600 dinosaurs
and the 1024x768 peeps will understand.
always build for the lower end first.
top end are used to it.

Hard to say for sure without seeing the site, but you'll probably need to
rework your graphics and tables to make things smaller to fit 800 wide.
There's rarely a really easy way to do this after a site and its graphics
have already been designed.

Stack the form fields. Like this:
