It is becoming a policy (in the UK) for Headhunters to specialise in one
area and get to know the area enough to be able to talk in general terms
about it. They even turn up to CFUG meetings

A word of advice... don't ever, EVER set your resume to 'active' on a job
site unless you really want to deal with... well.. headhunters. ;) I made
the mistake of updating mine, and it was a nightmare. (I'm happily employed
