I have a client that would like to deny any order placed from Indonesia.
Is there an easy way to do this? Is there some way to match an IP address
up to a country?

to not ship to there?
Is it a problem of the buyer not being there, or the delivery address not
being there?
(I ask because the deliver issue is MUCH easier to solve).

This is also why it is illegal to use a POS merchant account online, and
why percentage rates are higher per transaction for online accounts.
All of the banks are actually trying to get out of the internet merchant
account business these days. The crooks have screwed it up for the rest
