My installation of ActivePDF Toolkit works without any know problems as long as I have not installed the MX updater. Have you installed the MX Updater? If so you might want to uninstall it (per MM grueling instructions) or reinstall CFMX. The updater is supposed to have fixed a bunch of COM issues
