I had the same error on some shared hosting accounts at CrystalTech. They
fixed them almost straight away so I'd guess it's trivial matter to fix.
Not a solution I know, but at least you know others are having it and it's
fixable.

I managed to solve it, pretty obvious really.
Each site needs it's own implicit sandbox with these paths.
C:\windows\fonts\
C:\windows\fonts\-
With read access.
Allow these paths at root level with a global sandbox doesn't work,
