CFPROPERTY is used to document properties of a CFC for use as a web service.
It doesn't do anything in terms of code execution, it's purely for meta
data.

services authoring. The attributes of this tag are exposed as component
metadata and are subject to inheritance rules.
If you don't use web services, it is only used for component metadata (CFC
auto documentation).
