Hey all... weird problem. Using CF Studio 4.5 on a Win2k workstation. My workstation has an NT 4 server running CF 4.5.2 mapped.
Nothing has changed configuration-wise on my end, or on the server end (that I'm aware of). Suddenly, when I navigate to the mapped server drive thru the folder view of Studio, the server crashes. To be more precise...there really is no navigation going on. it just crashes. I open studio, and the C: drive is selected by default, being the last box i worked on (my own workstation). I navigate down to the 'S' drive (my mapped server), click on a folder, and SHAZAM. server fall down go boom. I can navigate the folders/files thru windows explorer, I can open access files on the server going thru Access and doing File -> Open...so the problem seems to be isolated to Studio. Altho why an application on the client workstation would crash a server...I dunno. Can anybody shed any light? thx.
