I've got an app that sends out a "thank you" note when someone sends in
registration information. The <cfmail> sends out the email message okay, but
when it arrives, it shows up in my MS Outlook mail reader as being RECEIVED
8 hours earlier than it was sent.
For example, if I do a test registration at 10:00 am, the email I get back
shows 10:00 as the time sent, but my MS Outlook displays it as received at
2:00 am.

If anyone has an idea why this is happening, thanks for help. It is not a
real big deal but I would like to fix if possible.
