good Flash 8 book/tutorials?

I'm an absolute beginner at flash. I've played around with it a few times, but could never really get it. It's just built in a way that is counter-intuitive to most programmers. Is there a good Flash 8 book / tutorials that can get me up to speed? I'm not really looking to make any cool flash
