yes that's how I'm testing it. and I get the red icon every time so I think
its the compact policy.
since I don't have one.
maybe you have an example of how the format
but has any one got this P3P policies to work.

how do you get compact policies to work?
I have been reading Ibm's site and w3c but nothing seems to work so I
figure I'm doing something wrong
