Yeah, I have experienced that in the past. Some of those scenarios can be
handled with virtual directories pointing to whatever folder and dummy
files in those folders.

This used to throw errors in previous versions, without the exterior having
a group by attribute.

I would suggest some data warehouse techniques here. Where you would
extract the emails from 73 databases and insert them all into one database
and table and run the query against that single table.
Doing a 73 table union is just never going to work well even with proper
indexing.

Best bet is to make changes to all the servers and have some sort of task
that checks the diffs on the files to warning you of possible out-of-sync

When you say checked sent items? If you mean do I go into my sent mail and
see the mail sitting there?
Then the answer is yes, that is how I know the mail is not being sent.
This statement is a bit off to me.
Are you saying your Gmail sent items folder has the email in it, which was
sent
be spooling to disk and have maintain connections enabled.
