I was wondering if there is a UML diagram available for Briak Kotek's
bkBookstore code/presentation, that might show the relationships between the
service CFCs, the session façade cfc, and the various DAO's and gateways.
Anyone know if such a diagram exists?

what can be done to stop it? I can understand spam being profitable because
enough people respond and buy products and the spammers can show customers that
spam works. But a listserv? it can't be worth the effort.

Does anyone know what those form submission filters are called that create a
distorted bunch of characters that the user needs to type into a text field
before they can submit the form?
