There are thousands and thousands of research papers that go unread, some are behind paywall, some are hard for non-researchers to read and understand - besides writing papers, researchers are unable to spend a lot of time making that valuable knowledge accessible. Can we can help?
Our goal is to make world's research more accessible, by collaboratively creating short talks on influential papers, starting with computer science. Not only you'll expand your knowledge, presentation skills, but your work will be viewed by people around the world. We'll also notify original authors about it, and possibly get more people involved and connected. By signing up below, you're gonna be part of a new STANFORD SCHOLAR PLATFORM, where we'll invite researchers and non-researchers to collaborate and help science. This is the beginning of a large scale effort, and hope you'll join us <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd97PTIFo0lTaUB3E7PpalFQ6wsStAwEBcYnOJyPAoysI_yXg/viewform> ! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me back at rva...@cs.stanford.edu. Also, please spread the word in your universities or organizations, let's make it big! Thank you so much, Rajan Postdoctoral Researcher, Stanford University stanford.edu/~rvaish -- Rajan Vaish Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University | stanford.edu/~rvaish
